1. Appointments & Cancellations

We require 48 hours notice to cancel or rearrange appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

2. Consultations

Initial consultations are complimentary and carry no obligation. Our practitioners will advise on suitable treatments based on a thorough assessment.

3. Treatment Suitability

Clinic Sixty reserves the right to decline treatment if a client is deemed unsuitable at the time of consultation or treatment. Client safety is our paramount concern.

4. Results

Individual results may vary. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results as every client is unique.

5. Payments

Payment is required at the time of treatment. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
